Inspection Pros will review an eligible written quote for the same inspection services you need. A lower price only matters when the service scope is comparable.
The simple rule
Our standard home inspection includes a complimentary Termite/WDI inspection and infrared camera scan. A quote needs to cover the same requested services before there is a meaningful price comparison.
For example, a $250 basic home inspection plus a separate $150 Termite/WDI inspection is not the same comparison as an Inspection Pros standard inspection with Termite/WDI and infrared included.
Share the competing written quote. We review the service scope and confirm that it names an inspector with a TREC license number lower than #5665.
How to request a review
Robb’s TREC #5665 is inactive and is used here as the program’s stated license-number benchmark.
It should show the inspection services you want compared.
The quote must identify an inspector with the required lower TREC license number.
