Pay at Closing / FlexFund
Eligible buyers can defer the inspection payment until closing, then use the report to ask the seller to help pay for the inspection or offset the cost. No seller contribution is guaranteed.
How it helps
Select Pay at Closing before your appointment. The processing fee is shown before you agree. After the inspection, the report gives your Realtor documented findings to use when asking the seller for help with the inspection cost.

Guardian contacts the title company early. Guardian sends the inspection-fee information to the designated title company well before closing, so the closing team is not surprised.
Not sure who the title company is? Choose the “I don’t have my closing company info” option at checkout and your agent will be contacted for the details.
Changed title companies? Tell your agent to contact Guardian or contact Guardian directly at 1-800-608-7363.
If the deal does not close: Guardian, not your inspector or Realtor, handles payment collection. If the transaction is canceled or Guardian cannot collect from the title company within 60 days of the inspection, Guardian bills the card used for the signed agreement.
