InterNACHI® Buy Back Guarantee
The InterNACHI® Buy Back Guarantee offers qualifying buyers a meaningful backstop alongside their inspection. Eligibility, covered items, timing, exclusions, and claim requirements are controlled by the official program terms.

A program with clear conditions
The Guarantee applies when a participating InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector® misses a covered item. It is an added layer of confidence—not a substitute for reviewing the inspection report, property disclosures, or the complete legal terms.
