Lee was my inspector and he was very thorough! I am really impressed at the attention to detail and how much he caught on my behalf. I am a Realtor and have referred Inspection Pros for approx 18 years and have always been pleased! This review is for an inspection on my personal new home purchase. As usual Lee Wallace was thorough, explained any observations both positive and items needing improvement. He is clear on the priority of all situations but not an alarmist, and gives ideas for seeking my own solutions for items needed. Excellent job as always!

My husband and I bought a house June 2022 and due to market conditions, agreed to a quick close. Inspection Pros were able to inspect the property roughly two days after our offer was accepted and delivered a very comprehensive report one day later. Said report is fabulous and very detailed. Highly recommend.

They are quick, efficient and friendly. I called on Wed they had an inspector on site the next day. They had a the report ready Friday by COB, although they promised in On the following Monday. Talk about under promise and over deliver! I had a question so I had to call. I had a person answered my call, not a machine. She was able to answer my question as if my documents were sitting open on her desk! It left wondering what kind of physic powers these people have! You are getting 5 star service at 3 star prices! I 100% would recommend them to anyone.

I have used AHP for many years and refer regularly. They are very professional, give great service and quality work. They are so willing to discuss anything with the client whenever needed even months later if a client has questions. I can't say enough about this company and the great customer service. Thanks for all you do!

Good home inspection, but inspector missed a totally plugged dryer vent, (which was easy to find), and an occluded French drain.

I received what I perceive as a thorough report and they have offered to answer any follow-up questions I come up with.
